Q. What is the normal shipping method?
A. Normal shipping service is UPS Ground Service. This is a 3 to 5 day shipping rate.

Q. What other shipping methods can I request?
A. Orders can be also shipped via USPS or Canada Post parcel service. For an additional cost, you can also request Express Air delivery or Overnight Service.

Q. How long do I have to wait for my order to be shipped?
A. Most lighting equipment and other merchandise are factory shipped within 48 hours. Other items such as some hydroponics equipment are custom manufactured to the customer specifications. These shipments can be 5 to 10 days depending on the equipment ordered. You will be informed when you order.
